Dear valued YCNS customer,
As I’m sure you’ve heard, seen, and even experienced by now, our world has changed drastically in the last few days to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. We wanted to take a moment today to update you on the status of our business and what we’re doing to protect our employees and customers.
While it is hard to predict what will happen next, now more than ever, we are committed to helping our customers make their business even better. Your Clear Next Step has had a long history of flexing and adjusting to meet the needs that are going on around us. We do not expect this moment to be any different.
- At this time, in compliance with state requirements, we are suspending all of our public in-person training for the foreseeable future, including the in-person workshop, We’re On the Same Team, scheduled for April 15th. We anticipate rescheduling all of these workshops as soon as we are confident it has become safe to do so.
- We are working closely with our customers regarding scheduled training events. We remain committed to your needs and the needs of your team. In some cases, that means continuing on with planned training, using virtual delivery methods instead of in-person. In other cases that means postponing the training until we can be together, in-person again.
- We have suspended all in-office activities at this time, however we have long history of working from remotely, so much of this we are able to take in stride (in fact, we are able to offer all kinds of tips on working from home successfully). We are also limiting the number of in-person meetings we take and transitioning to virtual in order to maintain social distancing guidelines.
- As always, we’re committed to helping us all have good workdays – even when those days are interrupted by the constraints imposed by this pandemic. Some of the things that we’re offering are as follows. With lighter workloads, many of us may find that now is an opportune time to focus on professional development that is often overlooked in busier seasons.
- Daily (virtual) Connections - Every weekday, starting Thursday 3/19 at 1:15pm, join us for a daily zoom call, called “Daily Connections,” free of charge, where we’ll offering tips and discussion about relevant topics (working remotely, maintaining consistency in uncertain times, building relationships across geography, staying motivated, staying connected, etc.). We’ve earmarked the Friday calls for lighter conversation and a chance to network virtually.
- Special On-Demand Webinar Offerings - In response to the changes we've seen to our workplace over the last few days and weeks, we've adjusted our On-Demand webinar pricing and offerings to make them more affordable and logistically-easier on you during this time. Click here to learn more.
- Virtual Coaching Programs - We've launch three virtual coaching programs in the last few months and now is a great time to join one of them! We've even extended the enrollment deadline for our BA Focused program.
- Our virtual coaching program Lead the Way is a great way to build your people-leadership skills. This program is a small-group coaching experience, and has limited seats for that reason. If demand exceeds capacity, Your Clear Next Step will schedule additional offerings of this program.
- Our virtual coaching program Life on Purpose is a great way to zero in on your purpose and on the value you add. Also a small-group coaching experience, there are limited seats available. If demand exceeds capacity, Your Clear Next Step will schedule additional offerings of this program.
- We’ve extended the enrollment for our business analysis-focused coaching program The Human Aspect of the BA Toolkit, and if you’re looking to take your Business Analysis career to the next level, it’s not too late to join in this program.
